Since 2001 it is a legal requirement for businesses with 5 or more staff to offer a Stakeholder Pension scheme. However, in some instances, the business may be exempt from this requirement as, for example, some Occupational schemes meet the regulatory requirements.

Through consultation Orb Capital will work to establish whether you are required to offer a Stakeholder Scheme or if a Group Pension/Occupational Pension Scheme is more appropriate.

Orb Capital will then research, select and install an appropriate Pension scheme and provide education on the benefits and key features of your Pension scheme for the staff.  We provide management of and reviews of the Scheme on an ongoing basis as part of your flexible benefits package.
